Return Eligibility:

Products purchased from Uncle Pack are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Any signs of wear, use, or damage may result in the denial of the return.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

If the returned product shows any signs of damage, wear, or use, it will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee for damaged items.

STARTING A RETURN:

1: Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 

2: Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 

3: Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.
